Advice from a 33 Year Old

Be mindful - not mind full.

Be kind. Be kind. Be kind. Be kind. Be kind. Be kind. Be kind. Be kind.

Branch far outside the cultural to which you are born into.

Never extinguish that of mad deep passionate love for Mother Nature that is woven in your veins.

Seek out difference perspectives for the many aspects in life (especially those that may cause you discomfort).

Become someone who does something because the thing you are doing is true and kind, not because there may be an award for doing it.

If alcoholism doesn’t run in your genes learn to drink craft beer. Cheers.

Let no one tell you what to do - let them advise you.

Question everything - especially god.

Cry. And never be ashamed of it.

Learn to meditate and practice daily.

Ride a motorcycle (not a Harley preferably - unless you get it for free).

Never stop being physically active.

Learn to swim.

Be the person you needed when you were a kid.

Learn a different language as soon as you can.

Learn to play the piano as soon as you can.

Respect all life forms - even creepy crawlies.

Dance naked in the moonlight.

Learn to feel your emotions in all of there glory.

Do yoga.

Take your meds.

Be whoever the fuck you want to be.
